OnlyFans Star With Two Vaginas Shares How Her Unique Anatomy Has Boosted Her X-Rated Career

Australian adult model Evelyn Miller has a rare condition called uterus didelphys, which affects only about 0.3 percent of people. This condition means she was born with two uteruses. In some cases, it can also include two cervixes and two vaginal canals.

At first, Evelyn found her condition difficult to manage, but she later realized it worked to her advantage in her line of work. Before her diagnosis, she had been intimate with around 500 people, but surprisingly, no one noticed anything unusual. However, the experience was often painful for her.

“Every time I had sex it was different,” she shared. “It was painful, and guys would say it felt like they were hitting a wall.” Evelyn also struggled with using tampons, often bleeding through, though her mom advised her that she was using them incorrectly.

After being diagnosed with uterus didelphys, Evelyn found that having two vaginas could be beneficial. “Certain guys were better for me on a certain side. If one vagina needed a break, I could use the other,” she explained.

Having two vaginas has also allowed Evelyn to keep a clear boundary between her personal life and work. She now reserves one vagina exclusively for her boyfriend, maintaining separation in her life.

However, it’s not all easy. Evelyn has to undergo two cervical screenings and two separate STD tests every time she visits the doctor. “The frustrating part is that I have to explain it to doctors each time,” she said.

Fortunately, the condition hasn’t caused fertility issues for Evelyn, and she’s now a mother of two. Doctors have even told her there’s a possibility she could become pregnant with two babies in different uteruses at the same time. “The doctors told me not to have sex in the other one… tape it up or put a sock up there,” she explained.
